Are you using VC:MP 0.3z?? If you dont download it here www.vicecitymultiplayer.com (http://www.vicecitymultiplayer.com)

If you have VC:MP 0.3z probably its bcuz you are using Vice city version 1.1

hello

did u firstly installed the fixed edition(0.3)
if you didnt installed that version then that will be a problem.
u firstly must install the fixed edition and the last version last version off 0.3z.

Hey man i haved that same problem...:
I haved problem with gta3.img that day so i reinstalled the game and the cd for the first time installed the 1.1 version...
So this is what you gonna do:
Reinstall the game :D
