the problem is with the %killer and %victim part! :S

I made an attempt in this manner, but not good:

I have a problem! I starting my server and new icons start coming into existence on the map! :S

B icon and red point and other...

and disappears after a (long) time! ... :S

(now no picture...)

What is the problem or what is this?
