How to add Function in VCMP?

For example: SetWeather(weatherid);

Where add this function to work ?

I added in a_vcmp.inc but i compiled (work) and opening say: Invalid File or Function !

It is not possible, even if you use squirrel it has to be added by the devs or plugin.

If it comes to SetWeather(weatherid);then you need to use squirrel.
