[BUG] World not completely loading or completely unloads itself

Description
The game or client doesn't completely loads the world or completely unloads the world at once after some time being ingame.
This process is rapidly increased when entering/exiting an interior or by flying a chopper (in this case i expirienced it with the hunter).

What you were doing when the bug happened
roaming around the city on foot and by helicopters when after some time the game starts acting weird. Eventually this causes a crash with the chatbox being spammed fully with the same error message.

I think the client plays a big role in this.
