2] Connect to irc.gtanet.com
3] register your nicname
4] register your channel
5] use /load -rs WSV.mrc
6] Follow intructions shown on screen
7] After that it automatically starts your server and connects
8] Done
9] Open vcmp client
10] Add your ip 127.0.0.1:5192 in favorites
11] Connect to your server and done..

knucis you can make suspect commands using INI files. See you say in every post that you are noob at scripting. Please try to learn then, because its not impossible to learn anything in scripting here..

i can give u a tip
When suspect cmd is used. it should write INI file vcmp.wanted.ini
example: !writeini -n vcmp.wanted.ini WANTED %name yes

I suggest you take simple script to learn mIRC. such as GUS, you will learn in almost 2-3 days.. goodluck 

check your ip
www.whatsmyip.org

tell that ip to your friend and then he can connect to ur server

To play vcmp what you need is :

Vcmp 0.3z Client
gtavc.exe - version 1.0
if you are playing without disc. You need to have ALL audio files of GTAVC in your hard drive in GTA VC directory.. else you can play with play disc..

well, i dont know your !skin command code. So i can make it like password for all skins. To use a skin you should know the all skin password.
Suppose password of all skins is test pass. If i spawn it will kill me. Till i enter skin pass..

I know its not for only 1 skin password, but its a pass for everyone to use any skin. I have not given code of particular skin password because i dont know your skin code. skin code mean your commands !skin !citizen !cops !bikers etc.. which detects your skin..
