General Discussion / VC:MP losing easy players

This was just something I noticed a few days ago, and it will cause VC:MP to lose many players. When I google vice city multiplayer, the second link that comes up is a link to it on download.com . Many people download from that website because it is a trusted source run by cnet. The problem is this: the version avaliable to download on there is 0.3x. It says on there Date Added: April 2007. Not only that but there were over 800 downloads last week. Here's the full statistics:

Im scripting some new skins spawn locs etc onto my server but I can't find the skin guide anymore, there used to be one in a pdf format online I tried it again today but the link is broken. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I was wondering if someone could help me with car and prop scripts for GUS 9.0. I am really new to this stuff, so I would appreciate it if I could email you my GUS files and you could but the new scripts in it. I have tried to do this for a while but can't get it to work. Any help would be appreciated  ;D

  Hello, I would like a scripter for my server please. As a reward you will get to be an admin on server as long as you arent a corrupt one. I have downloaded some scripts off this site but can't figure out how they work ???. This is why a scripter would be greatly appreciated. Leave a comment if you are interested.
