I think removing the /kill would be good. It'll help removing the death-evades.

Try reinstalling Vice City.
Or if you keep having theses problems, please remove gta-vc_set from My Documents.

Crash cause due how many people Is ingame.

The first picture, try removing gtavc-set from My Documents.
And then reinstall VC.
