It happened to me too, but then I found a way to solve it.doesn't work
If you're using Windows XP, do the following:
Go to: Control Panel --> Date, Time, Language and Regional Options --> Regional and Language Options --> Advanced (tab) --> English (United States)
If you wanna have thin font, just change it from "English (United States)" to any foreign language.
Btw, it may be the cause because (as I know) some Windows versions have another Arial version. (a modded one ?)do you know what version of arial is thin?
