unusual..

try some of the followings
- Re installing Clean VC
- Delete gta_vc.set from my documents/GTA Vice City User Files/
- Re Install VCMP
- Check if no mods are installed
- Buy a new Clean vc DVD
try " and check for latest versions

if these dont work give a more brief note to show ur problem like screen shots

i mean it would be a full working server
-Latest server R2
-GUS (general use script) 9/10
-Mirc which connect the server Working cuz <-- this is whats causing problems

NEED HELP WITH MIRC SERVER {MIRC NOT WORKING WITH R2 LATEST SERVER:
AS I SAID I DOWNLOADED THE 0.3 server and the r1 and r2:latest: server but still mirc not working ITS ONLY WORKING WITH OLD R1 SERVER NOT WITH R2 I EVER DOWNLOADED THE R2 MRIC SERVER AND DLLS STILL IT WONT WORK I MEAN THE LATEST R2 IS NOT WORKING HOW DO I MAKE IT WORK WITH R2
PLEASE GIVE ME A BRIEF TUTORIAL DO TO IT. THANKS.

i love play vcmp
so i decided to make my own server. i learned to build server (useless) /build

""PROB"" :
my problem is that when ever i install the server to my vc directory i go to config.ini in vcmp folder and i change server name and admin PASS. so when i type in the server browser localhost:5315 its shows my server in FAV YEY  :D BUTTTTTT WHEN I JOIN MY SERVER ITS KEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPS SAYING CONNECTIONG <ip>.... Whats my solution help me. i got mirc gus 9 fbs I have alll scripts ready to install but even with out scripts just plain server its says NOT CONNECTED and keeps saying CONNECTING <IP> ...

i learned many things in making server i got gus fbs mirc in which gus 9 is VERY hard to find still

""PROB""

when i newly install vcmp server to my clean vc and i edit my config.ini in vcmp server and change admin password then i  addd my server to fav in server browser of vcmp and type localhost:5315
and my server shows and ......
WHEN I CONNECT THE DAMN SERVER IT KEEPS SAYING CONNECTING <IP>...
AND WHEN I WRITE SOME THING ITS SAYS NOT CONNECTED I TRIED TO SPOT FIREWALL TO STOP BLOCKING STILL NOT CONNECTION.... :-[ WHAT SHOULD I DO...

PLEASE GIVE ME A BRIEF PARAGRAPH ON HOW TO MAKE SERVER AND WHATS MY PROBLEM AND HOW TO SOLVE IT I FEEL FREE TO DISCUSS I WILL READ EVERY LETTER OF YOUR SOLUTION TO THISS XTREEEEEEEEEMLY ANNOYING NOT CONNECTED PROBLEM ,
