You're currently on VC:MP official forums. The official programming language is pawn.

Though, most of current servers and popular gamemodes use squirrel rather than pawn. You can find the unofficial forums where squirrel support is avaliable, right here: http://vcmp.liberty-unleashed.co.uk/forum/
