worng located vechicles?

I've noticed something worrying on this server, look at this pic:

and better look at the radar:

there are triangles with arrow to down, it looks the vechicles are under ground, aren't they?

That "secret" room is not so secret here at VCMP anymore.
Although why they placed the cars there is a mystery for me :P
