Greetings fellow citizens of Vice City,

Firstly I'd like to introduce myself. I had a nickname 'Technohopper' at that time. As some of you may know, I used to host a server called "Technohopper's server of fun" back in the days of 2008 - 2009. It was very popular at some time. I haven't played Vice City since 2010, now that I've came back, I'd like to start a new fresh server, called "Zlatan's server of FUN!" since my real name is Zlatan. Anyhow, I'd be happy to recruit some moderators - I'll make a website soon (forum) in which you can apply for a moderator. Currently I'm trying to sort out some scripting with this server. I aswell hosted servers back in SA:MP, LFS, Counter Strike, and ofcourse ZPS. Everyone is welcome.

Rules (may lead to a punishment - ban or kick):
1. No swearing, flaming, disrespecting, provocation.
2. No hacking (or any mods that may cause advantage over other players).
3. No asking for ranks.
