[BUG] No more surfing out from vehicle !

Description
If you are passenger, you cannot get out from vehicle when it has high speed, GTA 3 style >.<

Always

What you were doing when the bug happened
Being passenger, and wanted to jump out from vehicle but I could't.

What you think caused the bug
Maybe the option was removed ?

By the way, I have a question: Will be the jacking vehicle added ? :D

Carjacking as it existed in R2 won't be implemented. Carjacking as it exists in single player may or may not be added, but I can say with a high degree of confidence that it is scriptable.

Confirmed and recategorized. Drivers and passengers cannot dive out of moving vehicles.
