[Bug] Cannot open the browser. << Don't Send Error >>

Description
My friend use Windows XP x86, and he wants to participe at the public beta test too.
But after he installs the client, he can't open the browser because he receive the so known "Don't Send" Error.
And when he runs it as administrator, receive an error just with "Close" button.

(He use the last version of client. I installed it on his computer using Team Viewer)

Redownload the server browser. (Yes, it is different than the one you guys currently have.)

i Think it is because Virus ( Im not Very sure )
Try Installing Anti-Virus or Upgrade Windows ( some application can't run on XP )
