Credits:- Human to convert the EDM 0.3 script into 0.4

For now we have only converted the 0.3 script into 0.4, and more functions will be added soon. We are using out old database of EDM 0.3 so that players will not need to register again who are already registered with our 0.3 server before

Hello people, we are back with some updates, and this time updates are done by adding new features of vcmp 0.4

#1) Addded MAC ID support(once you login to server, you will be auto-logged in again from the same pc).
Also Machine ID ban cmds for admins

#2) Added hotkeys of nitro and boost jump while on vehicle(thanks to Gudio who helped me in adding them).
Currently hotkeys added are:-

I - Used for nitro while on vehicle
Y - Used for boost jump while on vehicle
H - Used for Healing
P - Used for Flip & Fix while on vehicle
K - To see commands list

#3) Added some custom static maps( Thanks to seby's video TUT which helped me a lot)

We were working on some bug fixes, and till that new functions/commands added.

#Commands:-

1. changeskin( to change the skin of your player instantly)
2. paint( to change colour of vehicle )
3. anim( some animations )

#Functions:-
1. Animations on requestclass
2. Clan system is fixed
3. Simple speedometer added

And some more custom static map/objects added.
