Well there isn't any specified Game mode in vc-mp, But you can get some finished scripts from here

Well in your vcmp.ini file you have something like this?

[MAIN]
IP=127.0.0.1
RPORT=5192
CPORT=5315
PASSWORD=yourpass

and you have any firewall?It might be blocking it from connecting
