I can't find my server at "Internet" tab

Yesterday I sat up my new server and called it "Vice City Live!". Server & GUScripts works OK, but I can't see new server at "Internet" tab. Server version 0.3z, as browser. Firewall allows ANY network activity of announce.exe; vcmp-svr.exe; vc-mp.exe; gta-vc.exe; and port 5192 is not blocked. OS- Windows Vista Ultimate russian. Look at this:

seems to me, your server is working, you just can see it.
tip 1.: know your ip and then add it to favorites. check if the server browser finds it. if it says "retrieving info" then it cant see it. check ports etc.

you say scripts are working right? well, if they were working, on the server, you would see a rcon admin connected line. which i dont see on the pic.

the browser finds it at Favorits but at Internet... other users won't see the server, so they couldn't connect. Scripts are not started at screenshot.

maybe it can work iff you announce it..

if u want to use the server with mates, just send them ur ip, and they will add to favorites, so they can connect. if u want it public, double click announce if it doesnt go public.
