I was origionally gonna offer all 3 links, but next version ok, will do an installer or NONE installer app, its just the installer certifies that no problems occur, like missing files ( the config files )

Besides I can make a Wind specific version

The new version of VC:MP GRM has been released, all resources are now built in with internet backup just in case.
