apologies for late reply.
I did what some of you said and managed to go to a pretty good stable FPS (although it lags a bit with smoke etc, if there is any way to remove smoke or sparks then tell me, thanks)
here are my specs if you're interested and tell me if this is a somewhat suitable PC despite it's age:
