Well the VC:MP client asks you to locate your VC:MP directory doesn't it. I imagine it would be something along the lines of moving the steam.exe somewhere else and simply placing the 1.0 exe in the Grant Theft Auto directory. It'll just detect the 1.0 version and launch the game.

This is brilliant, the aim is one of the first things that I hated joining VC:MP and this took a while to get used to.

Do you face these only using VC:MP?

If that is the case, perhaps you could try using an alternative client, there's a few modified ones people use.

Not really. ArgonathRPG gets about 13-14 people daily these days and it's only English plus it's been running for about 6 years now. So that theory seems a bit off.

I'm no scripter so I can't really explain the mechanics of this, but all the major servers have /fall (and /do 30?) disabled. I'm sure you can do that as well.

Perhaps this should be moved out of here and into general discussion. This situation is grave indeed, there was a 7.(something) earthquake in Iran and it's affects were felt in Pakistan like... 250km away and that's just the distance to the border, it even spread further. Hope this disturbance doesn't spread further.
