Hello VC:MP

Myself [Hwin] and three other experienced C++ programmers have developed a new Multiplayer mod called Vice City Mania. It derived from the 0.1c source.

I would like to thank the VC:MP developers for giving us the opportunity to blossom our modification, and I also encourage any remaining Vice City enthusiasts to form their own derivative of VC:MP by downloading the none copyright protected, open source project here..
