User Passwords

I have GUPS the final one and someone lost their password and wanted me to tell them what it was but then when I go to Scritfiles-Users-(Player) I get a bunch of crap that shows jiberish. Example: 4sedfBVew56Ewer and all that crap. He told me what he wanted his pass to be so I used /c changepassword and I restarted the server and that didn't work, I wasn't going to do /c resetpassword because after I do that, the person has to keep registering on my server.

How can I read that stuff in the User file and read the password?

Haven't we already talked about why plaintext passwords are bad?

Any server where an admin can read my password is a server I do not want to play on.

Why don't just delete his account and ask him to register again? Gups passwords are encrypted so that even the owner could not know what is the password.

Dude this has been a Real problem in vcmp servers.. Admins arent allowed to see others password even if you hack or not they wont register if they know that your password is encrypted

Experience:  Got owned by some account hacker!
