Stuck COnnecting

I am able to ass (i meant to type add but that was a funny typo so I shall leave it) servers to the vc mp and see its info and player list, but when I connect, it gets stuck on connecting to (IP) then won't load. What do I do?

Wait about 30 seconds until you get "lost connection" or a similar message. What about the server's ping? Is is over 500? Post a screenshot.
