can no one lagger in 0.4 like samp means ping problem finish in 0.5 ????

According to my details,

High Ping is not caused by the VCMP Browser.Ping means the amount of time in which the internet packets reach the server and then back.So if you are near where the server is hosted you would have less ping.

As Simple As That.

Apart from living near the server, having a great connection also helps especially if you're living quite far from the server.

Even though there are somethings that they can do to improve efficiency, but they can't solve the whole lag thing entirely. In the end, your ping will depend on your distance from the server and how good your internet speed is.
