someone help me please

helo, i have a weird problem, i have my server and people can connect, and sometimes i can connect, but just recently it started messing up, and now it just says connecting, and others still can connect, but in order to fix it, i need to restart my modem, and then when i exit my gtavc, it will happen again and i will be unable to connect, if anyone can resolve this issue, it would help me alot.

3. What kind of network you have ? ( router, modem etc )
4. What are the first numbers of your IP ? ( ex: 189.23.xxx.xxx )

it hasnt been happening now, i might have resolved the problem, i have a router, but noone uses the wireless, and i use an ethernet to connect, and yes, i've port forwarded, is all i did was go into my modem/router settings, by pasting my ip in my browser, an i just kind of messed around with the settings per say, i knew what i was doing to, i have alot of experience with that, and i realize i could have messed up my interrnet, but all seems fine, for now, but i switched to squirrel, and couldnt find any scripts without any bugs, and couldnt find any 100% working cmds, so i switched back to pawn, if you could let me know where i can get my hands on a basic squirrel script, with the cmds as listed below,

!gotoloc
!heal
!saveloc
!wep

it doesnt seem like tomany commands, lmao.
