Pickup Problem

Hi, I've been running a server for long now but, I discovered something weird.
I just got in a palm tree and saw a grenade pickup, and when you pickup it and fire it everyone crashes.
Ive looked at the ID of the pickup but it has no ID.

And I've looked in the config.ini and in my script but theres no grenade pickup.
How did the pickup come here?
I restarted the server many times but it's still there.

How to delete this weird kinda pickup?

When I pick it up I get grenades.. which crashes everyone in the server when you launch 1..

delete it from txt file
but its possible to make command for it from ingame or irc -rcon command-
example: /c deletepickup id
or number and id
