lol! you need to go on vcmp.ini and set the ip to ur local ip,
rconpass to ure adminpass

123.123.123.123:5315 (rconadminpasshereblablablblaala)...

123.123.123.123 is your IP address, if you host the server use 127.0.0.1
5315 is the default RCON Port, leave it like it is unless you changed it.
rconadminpassherenblabla is your RCON Password, or admin password. You can find it in your config.ini
