There isn't any 1 definitive way that it can be done. It has to be done through your Router. Different routers have different interfaces Netgear, Linksys, Belkin, Huawei etc will have different graphical user interfaces.

This video was made by a member of the beta team awhile back but maybe you can relate. I'm not sure what the exact model is.
