As you may have already seen
on the LU forum, the VC:MP and LU development teams have joined together to help work on each other's projects. While the VC:MP devs will continue working on 0.4, they will also be helping the LU developers with their work. At the same time, the LU devs will also work on LU, while also contributing to VC:MP 0.4.
VC:MP and LU have always been close-knit, both in regards to their development and their communities, and now that the developers are working together to improve
both mods, GTA players will definitely get two amazing mods, and for two different games as well.
