Hy everybody.

                  I connected after 5 months. I Downloaded the latest Vice City Client and installed it like always i done. But i cant' see any server and also i cannot connect to unofficial Vice City MultiPlayer forum i just don't know why. Please Help me with those issues, Am really passing through Hell.

Because the US Army cares so much that they'd interfere with a small multiplayer mod community with servers mostly based in Eurasia.

Browser? Now it works perfectly. At all 50& Paki Gammer plays Dota and they did't blocked it 

By the way neskwriter. These blocking shits was not done by the order of PTA owner of some one else in PTA that was given by US 100% to avoid Pakistanis from learning programming skills and methods. because mostly 70% of the players are interested in the scripting and having a wish to own a server, why the PTA needs to do this? they did't they just took some money in their ass and blocked the sites and servers by the order of PTA. they did't blocked counter strike etc.. which are hard source games.
