It's always the hardest at anything to start and maybe my suggestion isn't fully for learning VC:MP's functions, callbacks, etc., but you still can get an idea, how to script for it, if you carefully read some - very nice and useful - tutorials about the PAWN language and/or scripting on SA-MP forum's
