Description: When you sit down in Infernus, such sensation, that it is raining. 

Reproducible: Sometimes.

What you think caused the bug: I think, that the mistake is caused by weather.

This is GTA: Vice City bug, not VC-MP bug

Actually, it's not a bug. Not even in Vice City.

You can edit where you want the rain to be and where you don't want it to be. However, Rockstar didn't disable rain at that specific spot.
