Simple tutorial

I have made a simple read and learn tutorial that explains the main functions used in a simple server

First version:

Megaupload by yazeen
Solidfiles by sseebbyy

Instructions: Extract the downloaded package and open the .pwn file with pawno

Final version

Soildfiles by yazeen

Instructions: Open the Y_T.pwn file with pawno

IsPlayerAdmin and the rest the ordinary way u make a command cant explain all caz tommarow exam

I forgot about this topic that i have made but, when i saw this bump i felt of making a new version with better english

He just wants to make a admin command so i gave him the idea if(IsPlayerAdmin(playerid)) { etc etc }

Well,  to be honest with you, I won't read a tutorial that is not organise properly. Try making it a bit better to read....  ;) Good Work though.

I have got lots to add on this tutorial but i don't know how to express it in english :(
Since this is a old topic i wont give much importance...
