how make free vc-mp server where all people can come and play

How i can make free vc-mp server where all people around the world can come there:

i have tried a lot of time whit confing but it dosn't work

pleas help

when can make dree server whit confing then send confing file

there aremany demonstrations.... search for them dude 

But i tell u easy way:
1.download vc:mp server from the download section.

2.unrar the files any where on ur computer

3.   from there u can open and edit config.ini file.
      look in that file carefully(change the server name,its pass if u want, and most important is to change admin password.., then u might change spawn locations of vehicles and skins)

4.when done all/ or half /or none of step 3 u can still run the server...
 it will be the basic server though...I mean u can useit for practicing stubby shots with ur frends.

5.save the config.ini notepad file before running the server..

6.now run vcmp-svr.exe...

7.restart ur vcmp and then click internet and search for ur server name...

8.it must be there if ur pc/laptop is running vcmp-svr.exe


Notes:if by mistake or ur intent vcmp-svr is closed ur server will stop responding.

Well, U need to forward the port first, Else it doesnt show

i didnt port forward and it works for me
but only i cant get the scripts online!
