Umm, I'm sure it's not an 'official' 0.4 test server, or else it wouldn't show up in the list at all. It's just a regular server that somebody named that way for some reason. Perhaps a version 0.4 of their own server, and nothing to do with v0.4 of VC:MP.

Its just some lol kid what call his server 0.4 testing server.
If you was entert to the server where are no scripts.
