Cant connect gus 9 in mirc to my server

I've set the same password in the server config file and the vcmp.ini file in gus and have also put the ip in vcmp.ini as 127.0.0.1

The port in both the server and the vcmp are set to 5200.
I've done everything right but cant connect gus to my server.

This is my vcmp.ini file :

Are you sure you have the right DLL for your server,
If you're using the new server (RC2) update your DLL (rcondll.dll) with the one you can download from the main site.
