1:- Where Can i Find a Simple nICE scritped sql server??
2:-How To start Sql server??
3:-How To add cmds in sql Server??

SQL is a form of database storage, first of all. You can not "script" in SQL. What you're looking for is Squirrel, for which the appropriate forum is found here. You can find scripts such as FBS which are good for the beginner and learn to make commands etc. from those same scripts.
