Problem: Screen resolution vice city multiplayer

i have started the single player game... and i have configured the screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 x 32, etc...

and it's ok! work perfectly...

but the problem is... :

i open the vice city multiplayer... and when im connect to a server, i have the default resolution 640 x 480 x 16... and i can't modify the resolution in the multiplayer

why ? how to resolve this ?

You can only change the resolution in single player. Once you change and save it in single player your VC:MP will have the same video resolution.

If you have already done this, check it again.

If the problem remains I guess the only solution is to uninstall and install Vice City.

I think you just use another Vice City for VC:MP . Check it.

yes, i have allready did it.. but dosen't change anything...

I mean: Maybe you have 2x Vice City installed on your PC (or more)

Maybe you setted the resolution of a Vice City that is not for multiplayer.

I have one vice city installed on my pc.. and in the multiplayer is not possible to set the resolution

1. You set the resolution on SP to 1080p.
2. In MP you have 480p somehow.

But what resolution do you have, when going back to single player after multi? Again 1080p or 480p? Have you tried a lower resolution?

when im going back to single player after multi i have 1080p.

right click on your vc game icon not vc-mp go to the compatibility tab, check off  run this program in campatibity for in box have windows XP sp 3 hit apply and then try to set your ress.

thanks! i have solved the problem 

i have changed the compatibility for vc-mp and vice city sp... and now it works perfectly...

previously had not the same compatibility, that's why it did not work.
