I need help to configure my Server and create my Scripts

Very good afternoon to all of you doing? Happy New Year to all but a little late hehe .. I am a user of the Dominican Republic, I have 19 years old and for a great time I'm playing and creating VC-MP server but I never worry about want to edit it my way I'm very interested and I need help because everything I've found is in English and I find it very dicifil as almost not speak English very well .. I need to raise aid gifting me please.

I need to create my server full
Change the colors of the characters "Where are & how I do"
Create a welcome message & reposition Player
Create my commands
Create different game modes
Learn how to make the server show me where people are connected
Putting cars, ramps, and all those things.
Security to my server.
And other things but I doubt I will be posting my other over time I go remembering each for now these are what I need thank you very much, what happened is that I'm tired of using other people's scripts with configurations that I do not like and I want to create my custom server my way .. Well I hope someone can help Spanish speaking and likewise thank you very much for this great forum acojerme greetings! I await your help! : D: D

Muy buenas tardes a todos que tal? Feliz año nuevo para todos aunque ya un poco tarde jeje.. Soy un usuario de Republica Dominicana, Tengo 19 años y ya desde hace un gran tiempo estoy jugando al VC-MP Y creando server pero nunca me preocupe por Querer Modificarlo a mi manera ahora estoy muy interesado y necesito ayuda ya que todo lo que he encontrado esta en ingles y me resulta muy dicifil ya que casi no se hablar el ingles muy bien.. voy a plantear las ayudas que necesito que me regalen porfavor.

Necesito crear a full mi server
Cambiar los colores de los personajes "Donde van & como lo hago"
Crear un mensaje de bienvenida & Cambiar la posicion de los Jugadores
Crear mis commands
Crear diferentes modos de juegos
Saber como hacer para que me muestre el server de donde se conectan las personas
Poner coches, ramplas, y todas esas cosas.
Seguridad a mi server.
Y Otras cosas mas yo ire posteando mis otras dudas con el tiempo me vaya acordando de cada una de ellas por ahora estas son las que necesito muchas gracias, lo que ha pasado es que ya estoy cansado de usar los scripts de otras personas con configuraciones que no me gustan y quiero crear mi server personalizado a mi manera.. Bueno espero que alguien que hable español pueda ayudarme y de igual manera muchas gracias por acojerme en este gran foro saludos!! Espero una ayuda!
