The first and second guy were never in the game but their files exist in the files for reason unknown.. They could have been gangs which were removed I suppose.

The lady is not an alien but a strange model which again never made it to the final release. It still gives me chills...

The other 3 are from the first cutscene and yes, people have infact realize that they are just modification from Tommy's original look.

... I asked that because I didn't saw these skins in the "list" shown by Stormeus.

Not yet. It will probably become possible to remove the default garage doors and replace it with a script object, which can be moved/rotated via scripts.
