Try find your coords (aslo in build mode worked) type /s (optional text) and /save and this is working when you in vehicle

Anyway try using /s in-game, it should also save the angle coordinate. The file the coordinates are saved to is called 'vc-mp_saved_coords' and it can be found at your Vice City directory.
