VCMP starts as SP

Well whenever i connect to a server it starts to load singleplayer i just downloaded gta vice city from a random youtube video please help me thx .

Are you running Vice City v1.0 or the patched 1.1 version?
Did you install VC:MP to the right location?

Hint
When you open the installer, it is not, in fact, in C:\Grand Theft Auto Vice City.

I just installed vcmp in vice city game folder but iam not sure if its 1.0 or 1.1 would u plz give me a link to download it

What is the size of gta_vc.exe? 2.94 mb ;)?
