Can't install VC:MP client

Well, that's what happens to me:

1. I download this http://vicecitymultiplayer.com/downloads/03z_r2/vcmpclient0.3zr2(patch2).zip
2. Then I extract it and attempt to install it in correct destination folder (where the game is; in my case C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\)
3. This is what pops up



Any solution?

Run the installer as administrator
