But i think you need ask to Developers to take that name.
Aslo The forum. Try make your own forum (you can find free forum, google it) so your clan members can discuss about your clan

I certainly don't condone this use of the name since several members were caught hacking in XE, but we don't regulate clan names. Or anything, really.

Yes, Strom many VCL's are hacking and spazzing and even drive by in driveby enabled servers and i like Vicecity Legends TDM server as it is public beta .

My suggestion is :
Change your clan name to something other
